The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office in conjunction with County Officers from Webster, Wright, Laclede, Dallas, Polk, Jasper, Newton, and Greene uncovered a major theft operation.

On 6-3-2010, three subjects from Laclede County were arrested in Wright County after being caught with a stolen lawn mower.  The arrest of these subject lead investigators to discover stolen lawn mowers from 6 counties, along with ATV’s, guns and furniture.  These subjects are suspected in the theft of over 40 lawn mowers, stolen over the last several months with 13 being recovered at this time.
